HDFC Bank — NRI banking

Hello,
I am an NRI customer and my customer id 50475173

I have uploaded the KYCdocuments 3 times and times it got rejected and the person who is rejecting didnt mention what is missing in the documents. They just reject, sit back and relax.
SO please resolve AEAP. I called your call centre, they are also not helping me to understand what is missing.

I am not able to do any transaction in my account.

SO help me out ASAP.

Hi Abdulla, basis your request when checked for the customer id : 5xxx73 observed that NetBanking ReKYC of barcode : DCI[protected] / DCI[protected] / DCI[protected] got rejected for the reason Extended KYC Form(FATCA/CRS Annexure) required / Complete set of documents not provided. / Incomplete Re-KYC form (There is no change opted in REKYC form however overseas and Indian address differs with system). For further changes, fresh instruction is required. Also our team has responded to your query via case reference number with registered email case #[protected] at March 12, 2024 11:55 AM. -Ajay, Service Manager
