[Resolved] HDFC Bank — One Assist membership by HDFC | |||
Sir Myself Sandeep Kumar Tirkey Issued a credit card last year sep'15. A one assist membership have been activated wrongly by any reason but I have never applied for it but hdfc deducting an amount of Rs1799 annually in the month of September. Last year also I complained about it but they replied that from next year it will not happen but again this year they deducted the amount of Rs1799 from my credit card account which is disgusting. Last year only they promised me that it will further not happen but they failed too keep the promise, simply they are looting the customer in the name of service. I tried to connect to customer care several times but failed. Was this information helpful? | |||
