I am a HDFC customer since 2008 and have face a issue for my recent transaction on 11 OCT 2021. I had transferred an amount of INR 2000/- towards University for the payment of transcript; however, the amount was debited from my account without the generation of challan, where in university wanted the Challan for the payment. I contact my personal banker, Ms. Deeksha and was told that it would take 3 days to reflect and generate the challan. I have been trying to contact her since yesterday but my efforts didnt help me to reach her. I contact the HDFC customer service this morning and they said it would another 7 days to reflect as they would want to register this as a complaint.
Mr. Naveen Raj, the Floor manager, spoke to me and said he is registering this as a complaint and have asked him to generate the challan as this is an emergency and I have already lost 5 valuable days. I demanded the floor manager to provide me the days it would take in writing, but he was misleading me by stating that he would take one day to check and send an email.
The HDFC customer service isnt valuing my time being lost though the mistake entirely from bank's end.
to conclude: the personal banker didnt give me clarity on the days it might take and Naveen Raj didnt have the courtesy to understand and value the time lost and the inconvenience it may cause.
I need this to be taken up seriously by the respective department. Was this information helpful? |
I have updated the issue details as suggested in the above comments.
It would be good if I could get the challan generated as it’s been log due for my transcript application submission.
