HDFC Bank — Please change the loan tenure back to 199

Hi, This is regarding my loan with HDFC .My loan account number is[protected].I had visited your branch in Capital Court, Munirka on 1st September 2015.I had made a payment of my 5 instalments against the loan. these instalments were adjusted against the tenure of the loan and my existing tenure of 199 was reduced to 187 with a very slight change in the EMI amount which was brought down from Rs 24, 447 to Rs 24, 093.I have made payments of 4 instalments in the month of August also (6th august 2015) and had requested earlier that I do not wish to change the loan tenure and the prepayments made by me should be adjusted against the EMI amount .to get the above rectified I revisited your branch on 2 September and the Prepayment amount paid on 1 September has been adjusted against my EMI amount which has now been brought down to Rs 23, 485. however the tenure was changed to 223 and I was told once the cheques would be realised the tenure will be again changed to 199 . The amount has been debited from my account today (3September)morning, request to change the tenure back from 223 to 199 at the earliest so that the tenure becomes 199 and the EMI amount Rs 23, 485. please get this done at the earliest.
