[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Please Unfreeze my Account.

Dear HDFC Bank,
My Name is Thameez Ahmed. Regarding about my account number ending 6781, currently on debit freeze by bank from 12th February 2024. Bank staffs said that, so many business transactions are credited to my savings account.

I'm doing a small scale retail shop. My HDFC savings account was linked with google pay for business to accept customer's payments. I'm not
conscious about bank policies that savings account cannot use for business purpose. Everyday payments are credited to my account. After happened this freeze, as directed by bank authoriser I totally removed my account from google pay for business. From 13th February any business payments are not credited to my account.
Nowadays I am facing so many financial struggle due to the account freeze. As a responsible bank please take immediate action to resolve this issue. Bank frozen my account without any warning. I'm not received any kind of warning sms or email to freeze my account.

So I request to you kindly please Unfreeze my bank account as soon as possible.
