[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Policy not activated and no reply | |||
I have applied for hdfc life click to protect 3d policy on 24th april 2017 (Policy application no.[protected] &policy no:[protected] It has been more then a month since i have applied for this policy and have done all the required formalities and submited all documentation needed. I have sent mails and have been calling the advisor for the reason of delay. According to them it is in underwriting since 1 month. They neither reject the policy neither activate it. If they are in process i have right to know about the status of the policy and reason for delay. Please look in to this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
