[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Policy not issued after taking the Money | |||
I had purchased online the HDFC Life - Click to invest for Rs.50000 in July. It has been more than one month and my policy has not been generated and policy documents sent to me. I have sent mails at [protected]@hdfclife.com, however nobody acknowledges. I have also registered a complaint on HDFC Life helpline number, but after 10 days the executive there has no idea about the status of the complaint. I even left a complaint on HDFC life website, however nothing till now. I don't know what to do. My complaint number is[protected] I am really disappointed with HDFC Life.
