[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Policy still pending

Address:Raigad, Maharashtra, 400704

Its been more than 45 days now after the medical test is done. And their system is not able to update my documents. I have called their status check helpline 5 times now. It has taken my call back request couple of times but still i am waiting to receive their call and confirmation on this. I have already paid my first year premium and now after this discrepancy i was fed up and wanted to cancel this and get a refund. Company refused to refund full amount saying they will deduct my medical test fees.
