Please find my incident, you will be able to observe that how poorly customers are getting treated by one of leading private bank in India.
Being a customer since 2002, I am associated with HDFC from my Hutch/Vodafone days. Yes, it's fact that I am no more with Corporate but if you arrange to validate my account and credit card payment history, will find that I was never be default in making timely payment.
Secondly, I have opted to migrate my Home Loan from ICICI to HDFC that is after discussing with my RM (Ms Shilpi) and she has assigned to the respective loan department in Mumbai, which is my current home and work location.
During the loan paperwork, no one informed me that the processing fees is nonrefundable and ever there are possibility of loan request rejection!!
I have incorrectly charged Rs 1770/- and management not even bother think of customer prospective instead of pushing the complaint to the complaint handling team and got reply over call that to collect the amount from the outsourced load selling person!!!
I presume HDFC is making money by not sharing the right path to the customer and harassing by that dirty manner!
Why there is no transparency in communication? Is it not dishonesty to the customer? Was this information helpful? |
