[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Program Management Fee | |||||
On 15th October 2016 I noticed that Rs. 115 has been debited from my account as Program Management Fee for July - September'16. When contacted HDFC Bank I was told that the charges are levied by the bank to all PRIVILEDGED CUSTOMERS. The type of privilege services provided can be evaluated from below mentioned few lines. I asked for a check book for this I had to travel from Gurgaon to Delhi Mandakini branch at least 4 times and forms were filled 3 times by Relationship Manager and it took more than 6 months to deliver the cheque book. Another case for changing my correspondence address to Gurgaon is still pending though 4 times forms have been filled with Relationship Manager. More than 8 months have elapsed without any result. One can very well imagine the quality of service being provided by HDFC to privileged customers. I am with HDFC for almost over a decade and shocked to see such charges and debiting the amount without authorization is highly objectionable. I request HDFC management to revoke the charges lest they may loose many customers. Hope the better vision shall prevail. I request FORUM to take up the matter on behalf of poor ( privileged ) customers with HDFC Bank. Was this information helpful? | |||||
