[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Recory call (Agent is using abousive language )

My name is gopeshwar and I would like to complain against agent who called for payment, He used inappropriate language and was rude while speaking as she said "hdfc bank tere baap kaa hai kya" and " hum tujhe utha lange jaha par tu hoga " " 100000 niklwa lenge " which is really not appreciate as I am using HDFC credit card last 2 years and I have Only missed 1 payment not more than that.His name was Rahul and calling number is[protected] and [protected] and they are saying he is calling from Rajouri garden HDFC ban branch .Please take strict actions for calling and harassing people for payment. HOW CAN ANY ONE FROM BANK WILL TALK TO HIS CUSTOMER & WRONGLY THREATEN!! I NEED A ANSWER!! I

My name is neeraj kanda and I would like to complain against agent who called for payment, He used inappropriate language and was rude while speaking as she said "hdfc bank ki maa ki me niklawalunga payment" and " hum chutia nahi hdfc chutia hoga" " 180 rs/- niklwa lenge " which is really not appreciate as I am using HDFC credit card last 3 years and I have Only missed 180 rs payment not more than that.He is'not confirm his name and calling number is[protected] / [protected]/ [protected] and [protected] they are saying he is calling from Rajouri garden HDFC ban branch .Please take strict actions for calling and harassing people for payment.
