My name is neeraj kanda and I would like to complain against agent who called for payment, He used inappropriate language and was rude while speaking as she said "hdfc bank ki maa ki me niklawalunga payment" and " hum chutia nahi hdfc chutia hoga" " 180 rs/- niklwa lenge " which is really not appreciate as I am using HDFC credit card last 3 years and I have Only missed 180 rs payment not more than that.He is'not confirm his name and calling number is[protected] / [protected]/ [protected] and [protected] they are saying he is calling from Rajouri garden HDFC ban branch .Please take strict actions for calling and harassing people for payment. HOW CAN ANY ONE FROM BANK WILL TALK TO HIS CUSTOMER & WRONGLY THREATEN!! I NEED A ANSWER!! I
