bank an holding an credit card no [protected] i have to put an complaint i haven't received the statement of Sep[protected] month which cause my current total due very high of[protected] statement . which also imbalance my account schedule .
please send me or correct this late delivery of your statement or revised the late fee charges from your side .

I really fail to understand as to how can you charge this program management fee which has been debited from our savings bank account. It should be immediately refunded as we have not asked for any additional service.
