Hi, Myself sangeeta seal i ordered from amazon order date 23-sep-2019 Order number #[protected] & product name Amazonbasics circular polariser filter 52mm Amount 849.00 Refund has been initiated from amazon on 1st october 2019. To my credit card ending number 8524. And the same day i've received the confirmation from hdfc bank to my registered mobile number at 02.10pm. But my credit card statement that amount not yet reflected. For translation of rrn which amazon has provided is 025598 And when i talk to hdfc bank customer service they said marchent not yet refunded.. Very bad service you guys are providing. i have PL running on my account. my account balance was maintained on 7th oct. still my account deducted by 888Rs for late EMI pay. disgusting service really pathetic
