[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund recd for excess payment of a policy after 5 months | |||
myself v annapoorani has hdfclife policy no 10701536.my daughter s rajalakshmi also has hdfclife policy 10695434.As my daughter is in usa Iam making premium payments for last 9 years.On 31.08.2014 I made two Rs.10000 thru pnb retail net banking for the above 2 policies.only after i got refund of rs 10000 on31.01.2015 I came to know that I HAVE MENTIONED rajalakshmi's policy number in both the payments.will u people take 5 months to refund a double premium? I[censored] had pointed it within 15 days or 1 month I would have directed the amount for my policy.NOW I WANT TO TO KNOW THE STATUS OF MY POLICY 10701536.
