[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Regarding credit card status | |
I want to officially complaint against HDFC Ankleshwar Branch employees. They haven't been able to process my credit card application for 2 months now. The form was received by them on 31st Oct & so far there is no update on the status. I keep following up with them & they give me lame excuses every single time. I am an Imperia customer & I have been assigned a RM who is just unresponsive over this.
Every time I call them they come up with some or the other demand either that is around my salary slips, my aadhaar card, my pan card etc.
I have been chasing these guys for over 1.5 months now & I am still unsure when it will be processed. During every conversation, I have been told that it will be processed on priority which just doesn't seem to happen.
My whole family has an impreia member account with HDFC for more than 10 years now & I am highly disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |
