[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding issue of credit card | |||
Sir actually there is issue regarding credit card actualy there was a year ago i apply for credit card and use it and now there was some du, s of amount rs.90000 that hdfc shifted that due, s from credit to hdfc so whenever my salary come they can deduct it so they do it and they take whole the due, s and when i ask the all due, s are cl;ear tyhey said all due, s are clear now u do, nt have to pay any more amount after that some weeks i got up call from hdfc representive that ur amount of rs. 10.000 is still pending and we have blocked ur credit card the first thing is that if i have paid all the amount haw can they say so this is all my query so sir i requested u to please take this issue serious and resolve it so i can be able to acess my bank services And u can call me on [protected], [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
