[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Regarding Refund | |
Hi, my name is Mohd Abdul Mukhtadir, i was your banks user.Recently i have closed my account, my account no was [protected]. I have done a payment from this account's debit card ending 4776. The account on which i had done the payment had sent me the refund on the same account through which i had initiated the payment, i even got message from your firm that, that money is credited in my account after i closed it. My branch is not helping at all, and the account which refunded the amount showed it got debited from there side. please contact me as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |
