HDFC Bank — Regarding to paid My LIC payment | |||
I have paid my LIC payment manually on 5th Feb, 2015 manually. But HDFC Bank have again paid My LIC payment through Smart Pay without my confirmation. Even I called to them to de-activate my smart pay bills through HFC Credit card and called after couple of days to confirm that de-activation of smart pays, at that time they said that nothing is activated on card. But Now i'm seeing one Transaction in my credit card for LIC Pay amount is Rs. 32958. They cheated me on this. Could you please do the need full n this. Please help me on this.
