HDFC Bank — Regrading My Personal Loan | |||
I am deepak from Puducherry, i was applied personal loan to HDFC bank on[protected] and verification team supposed to come next day but they came to different address and update in portal customer not available in given address so i update same to my virtual relationship manager and drop mail from my work mail ID. They initiate verification on[protected] but till now no one come for verification so i ask my relationship manager they update already re-verification initiate but no one come to meet me neither contact me or reach my house for verification but from last Friday[protected] someone calling from telling that verification will come on today same on Monday[protected] but no one visited my house. As per my RM, Verification team from Puducherry are not initiate properly i was followed many times but it failed. I am really fed-up with the HDFC bank. Kindly do the needful.
