HDFC Bank — Rejected Loan

Dear sir/madam, I am Ramaprasad having hdfc account holder, getting 20k salary per month. When i have asked personnel loan, they(hdfc loan dept Kumar was Executive) have collected all address proof documents and 3 signed checks but now they are telling that your time is up to get loan. i wanted to know that why cant i get and they are not submitting my documents and 3 signed checks.
