[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Rude behaviour of HDFC representative | |||||
I received a call from[protected]Phone in the name of Mr.Avinash Pandey as per TRUE CALLER SEARCH ENGINE)at 3.49 PM on 6th Aug.2016 to submit KYC form of my second joint holder name of my saving account, otherwise my saving account will be blocked from 8th Aug.2016 on wards in a threatening way, (7th Aug.16 being SUNDAY). I don't understand what type of service is being provided to customers, and how such people are employed who behave in such a rudely manner with customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
