HDFC Bank — salary account closing

Dear sir I Gaurav Gajanan Borde my ac no-[protected] I visited on date 18.02.2015 to the higane khurd branch for closing my salary account but my account is convert in saving account without any information so I meet to branch Manager Mr.Atul Bassi they check my account and said 5000/- debited need to pay but now I want to continue my account they are not aggery and I am not ready to pay that debit amount because your bank executive is not inform when account covert salary to saving no any intimation provide by branch to me when I ask about complaint from they told me we don't have form and give me advice please don't open again account in HDFC bank.
