Dear HDFC Team, My HDFC bank salary account and current account bearing customer ID No:[protected] have been marked lien due to reasons stated in my account mentioned below: • LIEN CR CARD – [protected]XXXX7397 -B2. The lien is been marked for non-payment of credit card dues in the year 2012-13 and for your information, Rs 62000 is been held in my salary account currently and for your information the same credit card is been settled down with HDFC Bank third party agency in the year 2015. The receipt is missing as it's been almost 7 years. Now request you to currently provide me with an appropriate resolution for the same as this is the unauthorized activity by HDFC to hold my entire salary and put a lien in my corporate salary account without any intimation. Your action had affected me personally and emotionally due to holding my entire monthly salary. Expecting a positive and appropriate resolution to my query from your side.
