[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Standard Life Insurance — Policy lapse, premium refund

I want to complain about the lapse of premium insurance of Rs 50000, policy number 11473192, Mamta Malviya, due to lack of submission of premium per year.
So I request for the refund of premium insurance amount as per as the detail of the amount submitted.
