My previous complaint was just like that closed without giving a proper resolution.
I'm frustrated with dealing with the security breach bank "HDFC LIFE".
I had a very horrible experience with hdfc life. I sent multiple emails and i have to follow up on my own to get a response.
My question was very simple and i sent the question to [protected]@hdfclife.com
It took more than one month to say that the statement was sent out to me without a password due to the technical glitch.
I don't want to be a part of hdfc life and i want to kick out as customer data was not handled without proper security measure.
I see there was a deficiency of service. When i requested the agent to surrender my money hdfc life agent say this is not possible and there will be charges.
If you can't surrender then compensate me for the damage which you have caused due to the security violation.
