[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — There are wrong EMI charges imposed on me for last 5 month although I have paid full Amount

HDFC BANK credit card is imposing and charging wrong EMI on me for last 5 months : They are imposing EMI charge on the purchase of phone which was not purchased on EMI's and whose full payment was cleared on the same month i.e March[protected] Amount Payed Rs 18300/-

What is this charges?

Now they are asking me a unjustified amount of Rs. 3019 on the purchase of product RS 18300/- Whose full amount was payed by me on the dated 18/03/2022. I have not purchased any product on EMI.
This whole process of EMI charge on me is unjustified and illigal.
I want this to be reversed.

2. Apart from the above, i always used to pay the minimum balance due. It was never made clear that minimum balance due will attract interest. This is a very deceptive manner of charging interest. It should have been made clear that minimum due will only ensure that penal charges arent levied but interest is. High interest rate itself is a charge.

3. I am using HDFC credit Card for last 10 years. I have cleared my all dues on time.
