I want to highlight some incident which is a cheating done to me and the companies are: 1. Divine Technologi IVR 2. dealsncity_Payzippy Description of incident: I got 1st call on 13/06/2014 on behalf of HDFC bank credit card department, HDFC bank introduce holiday package and told that they have tie up with Divine Technologi IVR for this type of package. Under this package they have offered 1. Holiday tour package for 2 Night & 3 Days at some selected location all over India along with family. 2. They have supplied Shoes, Wrist watch, Movie voucher & discount cards. They have charged Rs.7850 for this. Also please note that the items supplied were from big brands but they are not original, only stickers are pasted on the products, we have not availed movie voucher as it was invalid. Then we called them up HDFC customer care (Kolkata) for inquiry of holiday package details about hotels/ fooding etc. Again call transfered to dealsncity_Payzippy and they told that they will not charge anything just deduct some points and upgrade the tour package to 4 nights 5 days with fooding at hotels but they have deducted Rs. 11910/- as reflected in the balances. This is a total cheat on me and HDFC persons are supporting these fraud companies may be for their own benefits as all communication done through HDFC Credit Card Customer Care department kolkata. Now please tell me is Kolkata customer care services are supporting these type of fraud company? Please note that we have received calls regarding this case from following numbers: 1. Divine Technologi IVR- [protected] 2. dealsncity_Payzippy- [protected] 3. HDFC Customer care Executive - Mr. Varun Saxena- [protected] (Involved in this communication and transaction) We request you to kindly investigate as these type of fraud companies be fool customer like us. It just degrade the quality of services. Help others be protected from these type of companies and inform me about the action taken in this matter.
