[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — unable to recharge my hdfc fastag and can't reach customer care on the toll free number provided

Hi,
I have tried recharging my fastag online but could not succeed. Account status shows "credit freeze" and kyc as not ok. I have already submitted documents and have been using the same since november last year. I can't understand what happened and tried reaching the customer care on the number provided. The number is continuously busy. Please let me know of the alternate ways to contact or raise complaint.
