I and all other customers of the bank have been unable to use their forex cards for the past one week, including logging in to Netbanking as well as making online payments. Every time I call the customer care, I am told that this issue is being worked upon. So far nothing has been accomplished. The bank does not realize that the forex cards are the only financial source of customers living in the States or other countries. I think I will close my account with HDFC and buy a Thomas Cook Forex card. Their service is pathetic. Was this information helpful? |
