[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Unauthorized AMB Charges

Hi, I am a customer of HDFC Bank (Amravati Branch) since 2012 Few months back i was unable to maintain my average monthly balance due to some financial issues. HDFC bank issued charges on my account for non maintenance about Rs-2100, For this i personally visited the branch and explained them my situation and requested to wave off the charges and they agreed on one condition that I should give them in written that i will maintain my account and if i fail to maintain my account they will not honor any request to wave off any charges in future. I agreed to their condition and then they waved off the charges. I deposited money immediately after they waved off charges and i am maintaining my AMB properly since then. I recently checked my statement and found that even after wave off charges they charged my account after depositing money. This behavior is worse than a thief. look like they wave off the charges so i can deposit the money and then steal like a crook. Dear HDFC Bank refund my money asap and save your reputation and client.
