[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Unknown mctf atw transaction

Unknowingly without any messages money got deducted. It's showing it was removed it malad but I didn't travel anywhere and there is no sms received for the following transactions that happened. 2 transactions worth 4000 each that is 8000 got deducted but not refunded. Help me recover it. Thanks

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We wish to inform you that, transaction which was done on September 23, 2021 for 4000 twice was reversed in your account. Further, we had received claim from acquiring bank according to which this transaction was again debited from your account on September 25, 2021.
