[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unwanted charges of credit card. | |
Sir, My hdfc bank account number is '[protected]'. Relating to this a credit card was provided to me @ 0 cost. Till now, i don't utilize this card for anything, even i have not generated its pin also. The card is still pasted in the envelope which they have provided to me. You can check also in my credit card account statement from the beginning. Now, my complain is that, after 1 month of issuing the credit card, they are charging again & again. Due to this they are showing my outstanding amount due is above 10, 000/- In this regard, i want your help to dissolve the case as soon as possible, so that i can show my account status nil.
