Have been running around in the branch as well as the police station and there is no response from anybody regarding my complaint on UPI FRAUD. I have been banking with HDFC for more than10 years and it's extremely unfortunate that you people are just dragging the matter without giving an actual solution and refunding my amount.
Also, it is extremely unfortunate and shocking that the branch manager in Sector 56 HDFC Branch was not even aware of how the transactions o[censored]PI are dealt and even he did not give me the clear picture.
I reported about the above 2 fraudulent transactions on 02.08.2022 itself at the branch and call center.
