HDFC Bank — Welcome kit not received

I opened my salary account in October and after few days my welcome kit went back due to my unavailability at home. I visited Goregaon east Station road bank after a month but employee said "you will receive your welcome kit at your address only we are not allowed to give you at branch." I have not received my welcome kit yet.

can you plz mail me reference id on my email id [email protected]. here its showing protected. If my email id is also showing protected its my username + gmail.com
