[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Wrong communication, charged wrongly not ready for emi conversion

Hi This is Karthik . I am using Hdfc credit card . I have raised en number of request to converting my balance to emi option but everytime they are making false commitment.. and more over when they gave the card they said you can convert any time to emi .. but I'm requesting I can't make the payment please emi no one is responding to my request since 3yrs ...

I was use last 1 and half year saving account in HDFC bank but this time in my account no third party cash deposit or transaction so why diduct transaction fees in my saving account
