HDFC Bank — Wrong information provided by Customer Care Executives twice | |||
An unauthorised transaction was done on my Credit Card on 29/05/2015 for which i have made complaint to the customer care executive and got my card blocked. It was told that send a mail to "cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com" raising the dispute by filling the Card Holder Dispute Form. When i sent the mail, it was not delivered. Again i called Customer Care, it was told that the correct mail id is "cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com". I again sent the mail & again the mail was not delivered. I am fed up with HDFC Bank Services as in the last 2 years, i have to follow up n number of times regarding various issues. I dont know what to do next. Each and every time they take 10-15 minutes hence further loss of call charges are there. Was this information helpful? | |||
