HDFC Bank — Wrongly charged Loan overdue and EMI RTN charges

Hi Sir/Madam,

I'm HDFC customer from past 9yrs, I have loan EMI Amt of Rs.8, 438/- and Rs.7, 833/- and the EMI due date is 7th of every month.
In the month of March on 9th I was charged with Rs.649/- twice total of Rs.1298/- as OVERDUE LOAN charges.
And on March 19th I was charged with Rs.236 same was charged again on 20th March with Rs.236 stating EMI RTN CHARGES.

But on 7th March on my EMI due date I have maintained balance of Rs.16, 318.36/- (Attached bank statement for same)

I have raised the concern to customer care and they have taken complain for same.
For Loan overdue charges Complain id: 132178/20-21/0054
For EMI RTN charges Complain id: [protected]

From the complain id: 132178/20-21/0054 I got refund of Rs.649/- on 23rd March RA REFUND POOL[protected]

Due to this my CIBIL score got affected and my new loan was rejected to this and I lost total of Rs.1298 for Loan overdue charges and Rs. 472 for EMI RTN charges.

Still my remaining refund amount has not credit, can you please look into it and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Below are the details for reference which was charged:

Over Due charges:
09/03/21 - 0903 OVERDUE LOAN[protected] RECOVERED - Rs. 649/-
09/03/21 - 0903 OVERDUE LOAN -7312470 RECOVERED - Rs. 649/-

EMI RTN charges:
19/03/[protected]EMI RTN CHARGES-MARCH[protected]MIR[protected] - Rs. 236/-
20/03/[protected]EMI RTN CHARGES-MARCH[protected]MIR[protected] - Rs. 236/-

I need refund of wrongly charged amount and my CIBIL score to be correct which was affected due to this.

Thank you for looking into,

I received email on (18-May-2021) from Loan support but they have not addressed my issue, instead they mentioned charges details and amount levied on my account and mentioned due to insufficient funds it was charged.

I have Bank statement to prove the amount which i have maintained. on 7th March is my EMI due date and I have maintained balance of Rs.16, 318.36/-

I'm not sure if i can attach my bank statement here as this can be viewed by others also.

Kindly assist me for further action to be taken.

I need a refund of the wrongly charged amount and my CIBIL score to be correct which was affected due to this.
