[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit Card Status | |||
Hi, My Name Sunil Raj, I have applied for CC on 27th April, the bank executive also gave the application no CC22088075 and on received a Msg on 29th April with the reference no "[protected]S2" saying to know the status after 4 days. I did the same and was suprised to see that it was Disappoved due " Our representatives have been unsuccessful in contacting you at the numbers provided by you in the application". The I contated the Customer care and they requested to fill the form and dorp in the nearest bank I did the same as per they request. On 13th May I received the Msg again saying we are in reciept of your reprocess for Credit card I waited for later no response I sent the mail Grievance Redressalcc no proper respone. At lats I received a call from a Person Name "Manjunath" saying we are going to dispatch the CC need confirmation whether I am at office or Home, I told i will be available on Monday in my Office Still now there is no respone. When I called the person he is telling Worng Number. VERY BAD SERVICE!!! Was this information helpful? | |||

My name is Sonu Sharma
and i had apply for HDFC credit card on 11/5/2015 in your bank. all
types verification like tele verification for 3 times was ok but when
your location verification team came for my address verification they
call me 2 times and i told them way for my home address . they reached
at verification location and asked there for Monu instead Sonu Sharma to
old man and women. They told to your verification team that there is
not any Monu in this Building. But your team member not contact me that
time and they went. At evening the old man and Women told me all of
this. after it many time i contacted your customer care executive many
times and asked solution for it but they didn't guide me. lastly i
thought to mail you. my office's colleague are also HDFC credit card
holders and they also applied before and with me for credit card. I
request to you please do location verify process again and on
verification time they must call me and also buiding owner.( Mr.

@HDFC what a nice service provided by the bank. No Call or No Update. As I told you in the point in time itself there is no proper update or record. All to say is false promise.
