HDFC Bank Credit Cards — Amount debitted for Smart Pay Option Not Enrolled/Authorized | |||
I have a HDFC Credit Card Issued to me in Jan 2014 and have not made a single Transaction using the same since Date.My Account was charged Rs 495 on Account of Enrolling for SmartPay for a mobile number which is not mine.My mobile number is [protected] whereas my account was enrolled for [protected].The thing is i have not enrolled for any smart pay /even made a online enrollment request.You can check the Card Usage History to confirm the same. This was done by the Customer Care Executives who without my permission enrolled for this and as a result I'm suffering now.I did not expect this from a reputed bank like HDFC.Had raised a dispute for the same. Dispute Ref No Customer Care:[protected], [protected](LATEST) Card No: [protected] Kindly ensure that this issue is being taken care of and the amount to my Account.I will not be paying the amount as a dispute has been raised for this.Please ensure that I'm not charged for the same and if my CIBIL Rating is affected I shall definitely go to Consumer Court and will go ahead cancel the card, and won't recommend this to any of my colleagues.
