HDFC Ergo General Insurance — Related To Claim Process

Dear Sir,
I have registered claim for my Two Wheeler insurance policy no. - [protected] 001 on 14 jan 2020. Today is[protected], I have not received any claim any and any call from HDFC EGRO . I have submitted all the documents related to my bike to surveyor. No one tells me even status of y claim or when will i get it.
