HDFC Bank Ergo General Insurance — Rob people in the name of bogus policies

Hi, my name is shubham arora, i had a bought a car last year hyundai i10 grand and insurance provider for the vehicle was hdfc ergo. Unfortunately i had to make a claim as my car was hit by another car. The claim number for the same is claim no: c[protected]. Now when the surveyor came he rejected the my partial claim for the fender, saying that it had few old scratches and they would not pay for the fender repair or they would contribute 50% of the cost to which i told them the their policy document doesn't have any clause that may restrict any buyer of the insurance to claim only for repairs from one accident alone.

In respond to my challenge, the guy mr. Krishnan bhardwaj(Mobile:: [protected]) threatened me to reject my claim. These are all false practises that all insurance companies are following, and just because everyone does this doesn't make it right or you should educate the customer beforehand and the time of insuring anything or anyone or atleast your policy document must have it clearly stated.

With this forum i make a plea to the concerned authority to look into this matter and put a check on these false and wrong practices. If anyone could help me to take it to right authorities and to teach these people a lesson, please help me to do so, i have got all the proofs of their threats of denying my claim.
