HDFC Bank — HDFC loan

Dear All, We had taken a home loan from HDFC limited in January 2010 for Rs 575000 for a tenure of 5 years (60 EMI)on fixed and then floating rate of interest, when interest rates got moved up we have asked to pay extra on our EMI but when the same got came down they have not reduce the same and continues follow ups and request HDFC official has asked to give official request for reduction of interest rates and took some charges too. After paying full loan amount including interest part we have been asked to pay further Rs 26000 out of which RS 11000 already debited from our account, and that without prior confirmation and confirmation . I have never been more disappointed with a bank's services in my entire life and shall be communicating this in a letter to the head of customer service India when we track down a name finally.
