HDFC Bank Payzapp — Cashback not credited even after more than 2 weeks of transaction

I did a payment at bigbasket.com on 01 july 2016 for over rs 2000 and was supposed to get a 10% cashback (Payzapp transaction id - 99qayi). The app claims to credit the cashback in 5 working days, but its been almost 20 days and it has still not been credited.In fact i wrote a mail after 6 days of the transaction and was promised the cashback will be credited in few days, but its still pending. The level o[censored]nprofessionalism has now gone to the extent that nobody even responds on the mails/calls sent to customer care contact given on the app

While, i am not so concerned about the petty cashback, i am definitely enraged at the bank's unprofessional & unethical behavior. I would appreciate if someone on this platform can help me sue the bank for a hefty fine for wasting my time and taking customers for a ride.

I pay Rs 400 my mobile bill @[protected] through HDFC PAYZAPP. Yesterday 10a.m.Balance already debited from bank, but still not recharge. If recharge not done please refund my balance.pfa the screenshot of payment where payment shows successful.so please Notify me where is the error.

I did a payment at Reliance Retail via HDFC Payzapp scan and pay option on 30th Nov 2017 and supposed to get 10% cashback. The app claims to credit within 30 days but got nothing till date. So I mailed to [protected]@payzapp.in ('Ticket=227-345). And the reply from Pazapp team shocked me because they asked me to provide them " a written mail information from the merchant end for cashback"
The respond from payzapp is not acceptable for me and it is unpractical for any one.
I did a payment on Big basket of 2100 rs and was supposed to get a Cashback of 10%.Its over 10 days now but I haven't recieved the Cashback yet.Moreover I have already registered a complaint on the toll free number but still no action is taken.Apart from it the HDFC payzapp app is highly unprofessional and unethical because of their update KYC process.They are telling that if you aren't a HDFC bank account holder you will be notified for the KYC update.What unprofessionalism is this I need to do my KYC right now.What if someones thousands of money is stuck in payzapp wallet and he need to transfer it to bank account how will he do it untill his KYC isnt updated.I have been waiting or this update from a month and already registered a complaint.

I have done a transaction on grofers for Rs1600 on 2nd September. i used a pazapp promocode and completed the payment thruogh payzapp. I have not received the cashback even after 40days of the transaction.
Even I have faced the same issue.
10% cashback is not received yet.
Why the HDFC Payzapp is cheating like this ??
