My client ID has been disabled and it’s been more than 15 days that the documents for kyc were submitted. No action. Customer care never picks up the phone. Written so many mails but no reply except auto acknowledgment. There is no provision for e-kyc. The internet says so but their website is horrible. It shows no option or the same. Please help.
