HDFC Securities — Demat account closure request not considered

After repeated requests to close my demat account, there is still no response from hdfc demat team. Its already 6 months that I am waiting for a response from the HDFC team. Can you please help with this request?

I have not received any email on my registered email address i.e. [email protected]. Can you please close my Demat account as per my original request and close this matter once for all.
