My hdfc securities account was about to go inactive on 24 March. I placed an IPO request on 16 March. But still I was getting messages. I called customer care, but they told they are just "bulk " messages and everything is fine. When I write email to customer care, there is no response. Now my account got deactivated and I have to do re KYC. I called my relationship manager, but no response. She told IPO doesn't help and so the account got deactivated and she'll send me the form, but no response yet. They have no responsibility and I'm not able to use my account
