Very bad communication from hdfc securities staff here in thalassery branch who attended my call..she is speaking to the customers with very rude tone, irrelevant matters and the problem solution isn't provided..I had the call recording..it's wayyyy more to deal better with zerodha or upstox..I will share my experience to my friend's and relatives and all social media and iam going to switch my funds and securities to other good service providers..My contact number [protected]..[protected]
