HDFC Bank Securities — Shares Of Coal India FPO wrongly applied by HDFC Securities

Dear Sir, I am a customer or HDFC Securities since a very long time and we have trading accounts of whole family in HDFC Securities. We applied shares of Coal India FPO through HDFC Securities in my 9 family accounts but shares were received in only 7 accounts shares in 2 accounts were not received due to some fault in your end, I was initially told that this is due to insufficiency of balance but when I checked I had sufficient balance of Rs. 200000/- in all my accounts for which shares are applied. Then I was told to give a mail at the customer care. Hence you are requested to give me shares or credit my account with the differential amount i.e. the loss I have incurred due to you negligence, also I was not even informed that the application has been rejected even after two days of allotment. Please note that we don’t even have any application number as we are not provided the same even after asking for it. Hence as per SEBI Guidelines please take immediate action and give us the Shares or the Differential Amount at the earliest.
