This builder has promised a lot of people for flats and is now not delivering as per the promise. They earlier promised to provide me my flat by Dec 2016 but the work has completely stopped since 1 year post my booking.. It seems the work is stopped since 7-8 years now. They demand money for what has been completed so far but they have no updated on the project completion. Every time I visited their office their sales staff gave me a different date when the work will start. These guys are just fooling customers and taking them for a ride.
They also never informed of TDS to be deducted for their payment and also never provided accounts team contact even after sending 10 emails to their team. They are a very skeptical team and company to rely on. None of their staffs have any clue of when the work will start. They always hide information. Was this information helpful? |
