I had purchased one baby stroller around 5 days and upon delivery the item was found to be defective. On submission of the complaints for the same the only response which I had received was that they do not have a policy of replacement and the only help they have is that they might take back the stroller and credit the amount minus the to nid fro freight charges, which was a more that 50 percent of the total value of the goods.n
I have had numerous discussion and email exchanges with them but to no avail.
